Employee registration and dismissal is a legal procedure. When employing a new person, the employer is obliged to work with the person employed by the employment contract in accordance with the Labor Law. Other supporting documentation, such as a copy of the valid travel document, a copy of the workbook, a copy of the diploma, along with the required forms, is applied for pension and health insurance. Also, when the employment contract is terminated, the law provides for documentation and handing over to the competent authorities in order to erase the employed person from the records of the employees of that legal entity, thereby terminating the obligations from the employment relationship with the employee. The Asset Management Company, for its clients, ie clients who have a business book management contract, performs this service as part of the agreed price, while for other companies this price is 15 euros per job.
